MICHELIN ATL - DOCUMENTARY (2024)

In October 2023, Michelin, arbiter of culinary taste, held an event in Atlanta, giving out stars and accolades to restauranteurs around the city. In its typical idiosyncratic style, Atlanta gave the storied institution a night of firsts: it’s first zero-waste event in the company’s history and catering from food truck and pop-up chefs often overlooked by the higher echelons of fine dining.
